Not all molds in your home are a health issue.  Mold found in the attic, as a result of improper venting, is typically not a health issue.  It is, however, a visual issue.  You can see it so you should clean it.  Additionally it is eating the wood sheathing and shorting the life of your roof (the extent of which is not readily apparent). 

Molds found elsewhere in the house can be more significant relating to health problems.  Mold will aggravate allergies and respiratory problems, can be problematic for those who are immune compromised, and become a general irritant.
